Having originally worked as a Performer in over 20 countries around the globe, Adam is the founder of Maclean Associates and prides himself in representing exceptional talent across all aspects of stage, film, and television. With his training originating in Musical Theatre, he graduated from Laine Theatre Arts and has since had an extensive career on stage and on camera.
As well representing his clients, Adam is also an established Creative Director and Producer of his own work, creating new and exciting opportunities for his clients. He is dedicated to providing strategic career guidance and securing high quality work to those he represents. Committed to fostering artistic growth and professional success, Adam works closely with performers with their showreels and audition material to ensure their talents are showcased to their fullest potential.
Adam has created for Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing [ISTD - Advanced 1 Tap Syllabus Associate Choreographer], Laine Theatre Arts [Trinity Level 6 Diploma Assessment Material and Guest Tap/Jazz Choreographer/Teacher] and Liverpool Media Academy London [Musical Theatre Degree Productions and Degree Level Dance Musical Theatre Assessor] and has covered Jazz and Tap classes for renowned creators and teachers at leading Musical Theatre Colleges such as Laine Theatre Arts, Italia Conti, Stella Mann, Trinity Laban and ICMT.
Working alongside leading Visual Artists such as Guy Knox Holmes (Lighting Designer for Glastonbury, Stormzy and Jessie J) and Dan Light (Video Supervisor for Bat Out of Hell Worldwide), Adam directed, choreographed and produced his dance creation, ‘Alejandro’ [Guildhall Studio Theatre].
He currently teaches his own Open Classes, both individually and collaboratively with internationally renowned artists and creatives, at studios such as BASE and Pineapple Dance Studios, leading challenging and innovative classes for both Jazz and Tap styles.
